Green Oasis House Rules
HOUSE RULES
Please read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay as a breach of any of the rules can result in termination of your rental agreement and forfeiture of all payment. There is $50 penalty/fine for breach of the house rules below, unless otherwise stated there is $100 penalty/fine for breach of rules with asterisks *.
1. No parties or events allowed without expressed written permission property owners.*
2. No smoking allowed on property. No exceptions whatsoever.*
3. Pets are allowed under exceptional circumstances (disabled assistance animals) and must be registered in advance of arriving on property.
4. Speaking of pets, do not feed our pet or any animals (birds, frogs, critters, etc).
5. No unregistered guests allowed to sleep over.*
6. The water slide at the pool is for children only and they must be under 99 lbs or less.
7. Please respect the noise curfew, no loud noise after 9pm especially around the pool or public areas, judicial & law enforcement officers also live near.
8. Please be careful when walking on the porch or near the pool deck as moisture may accumulate leaving the floor wet. Walk carefully, do not run on pool deck.
9. Please turn off the AC when you leave the house.
10. Please take extra care of your house keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Your security deposit will be forfeited if damage is discovered.
12. Please don’t move or rearrange furniture, fire alarms and fire extinguisher.
13. Please be careful with appliance/devices if you break you will be charged for it.
14. Please ensure that the water facet in the kitchen and bathroom are closed/off before leaving the house. This helps to reduce water waste and minimizes the rental costs.
15. Please take the trash out before you check out.
16. No illegal activity and no illegal substances/drugs are allowed on the premises.
17. Visitors not to exceed five persons per Covid 19 protocols.*
18. The house should be cleaned at least every 6 days, i.e, $80 per clean if we book it.
LIMIT ON POOL AND WATER FEATURES
The water slide and spring board are weight sensitive and can collapse if mounted by a person over 90 pounds (lbs). Please do not use these features in order to avoid any personal injury or property damage. The pool is 9 feet deep and has a sharp decline.
